Designing a website that's geared toward the higher-class viewer was a daunting task from the offset of the project. To start we needed to design an interface that was not only visually appealing, but also had the properties necessary to keep a prospective client focused and interested in the Luxury Real Estate Properties being marketed. From analyzing market trends to evaluating the type of date and media to be utilized we found that Adobe Flash was not only the way to go, yet it was what the general public expected in the way of a real estate website. Functional requirements and framework for any web development project must be confronted at the design state of the project. Any deviation from this roadmap will surely lead to delays and unforseen issues once the project goes into the coding stages.
